The rental office Staff was professional and any contact was always pleasant. The apartment, while small, was well appointed with a functional layout. Noice was sometimes an issue but, to be expected in a busy city area. Location was within walking distance of queen vic markets and lots of great restaurants.

The landlord has been really great and communication is always timely. The apartment came furnished with no issues in relation to either the furniture or appliances. While it can get loud over the weekends given the location, the proximity to the beach and restaurants can’t be beat. Overall, a great experience.

Lived here for about a year with no complaints. The property manager never came to check on the unit and just left us alone. The are was great and the neighbours were not to bad. The only downside was that the property manager never came to fix any of the minor issues we had. If its the same property management company, I would recommend.

This was an excellent property. It was very spacious and had lots of privacy. There was lots of trees and greenery which made it feel tranquil and relaxing. The landlord was friendly and easy to deal with. Great property and landlord overall.

The landlord was professional and reliable. The landlord responded to issues and repairs in a timely manner. The landlord gave adequate notice prior to inspections and attending the property. The property was in a central and accessible area, with public transport easily available and shops close by. This was a great property.

This was a new property when I moved in so overall it was in excellent condition. Spacious 2 bedroom townhouse with modern kitchen and bathroom. There were only 8 units in the complex, a quiet street, and never had any issues. The agent was always responsive to the one or two maintenance requests I put in. The landlord agreed to install an aircon in the upstairs master bedroom at my request.

Our landlords have been amazing. They are flexible and accomodating when we have wanted to put shelves in or mirrored doors, and pay either all or a decent portion of the cost without us even asking. They are respectful of the rental communication system and have not taken advantage of the current rental crisis. They are dream landlords!

Great apartment in an excellent location - Has a Coles, pharmacy, Drs, Cafes within 100m. Very large balcony and living room with floor to ceiling windows in all rooms. Building has its own gym + indoor pool. Landlord was responsive to repair requests and replaced carpet with floorboards midway through tenancy.

Living in this fully furnished apartment in Brisbane was a great experience. It was a very well-maintained apartment, the rental agent was professional, and I had nothing but great experiences. The building felt modern, maintained good security and I loved the views from the public rooftop. Would live here again.

I loved living in this apartment for this short period of time. The property was well-maintained and beautiful and located in a fantastic central spot. The property was very spacious and the pool inside the apartment was an additional bonus. The property manager was fantastic and very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, I was required to relocate and break my lease after only living here for three months for work reasons and the agent was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with.

I enjoyed living in this apartment in the hustle and bustle of Kings Cross, Sydney. The property was relatively modern, in a fantastic location above the famous 'Coca Cola' sign and handily located within a shopping mall. This meant that the elevator went to the ground floor of the shopping mall where there was a Coles, Liquorland, Fitness First, barber shops, $2 shop and other food vendors. It was also not far from other fantastic sights including The Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Kings Cross Station and many other great amenities. It had a beautiful rooftop pool with views of the water and Harbour Bridge, however due to the level that the pool was on, the pool was always very cold to swim in. Additionally, due to the location my apartment faces it was often loud being in the heart of Kings Cross and it was in a wind tunnel, often receiving heavy winds.

I enjoyed living in this house whilst in the beautiful Jervis Bay. It was a spacious house located in the lovely Bayswood precint. This was a great and safe community and was a short walk to both the local shopping centre and the famous beaches of JB. I had nil issues with the landlord agency who were communicative and easy to deal with. My only negative point to highlight was the house was very dark/did not receive much natural lighting.

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. It was modern and well maintained. The property management company and its staff were the best I have ever been involved with and I will be renting a property with them when I return to Sydney because of how fantastic they were to work and communicate with. I did have some security issues with the property, with my bike attempted to be stolen and also somebody attempting to enter my property, therefore perhaps increased security could be implemented within the building. The rooftop views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera house were to die for, however there were some pest issues with cockroaches on the rooftop, and there should also be cushions placed up there on the couches; these have been taken away due to the occasional rain. The apartment was located in a fantastic area in Kings Cross, yet in a quiet street to avoid disturbances. It was nearby located to Woolworths/Coles, an abundance of food vendors, Opera House, Harbour Bridge and plentiful bars. I would highly recommend any apartment with JK Agency, including this one.

I enjoyed living in this property in a fantastic location in Brunswick East. The apartment was relatively modern and spacious with many local amenities nearby and a short tram ride from the doorstep into Melbourne CBD. The rental agency was the worst I have ever dealt with unfortunately and I would highly recommend avoiding renting any property from them. To begin with, the property was not cleaned prior to me moving in and had many repair issues that needed to be resolved. I did eventually get these resolved, however it took months and months as the property manager would ignore and avoid any contact from myself. One issue even included an unfunctioning garage fob which meant that I paid for my parking spot for months which I could not utilise. When calling the property management office, Virginia was very unhelpful and rude as evidenced by all of the Google reviews. The company does not care for their tenants at all. The building is prone to very frequent break-ins (like many in the area) and it does not have adequate security measures in place. The property caretaker Jim however, is fantastic, very helpful and easy to communicate with.
