I enjoyed living in this property in a fantastic location in Brunswick East. The apartment was relatively modern and spacious with many local amenities nearby and a short tram ride from the doorstep into Melbourne CBD. The rental agency was the worst I have ever dealt with unfortunately and I would highly recommend avoiding renting any property from them. To begin with, the property was not cleaned prior to me moving in and had many repair issues that needed to be resolved. I did eventually get these resolved, however it took months and months as the property manager would ignore and avoid any contact from myself. One issue even included an unfunctioning garage fob which meant that I paid for my parking spot for months which I could not utilise. When calling the property management office, Virginia was very unhelpful and rude as evidenced by all of the Google reviews. The company does not care for their tenants at all. The building is prone to very frequent break-ins (like many in the area) and it does not have adequate security measures in place. The property caretaker Jim however, is fantastic, very helpful and easy to communicate with.
